★Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
・ In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.
(The size does not fit, the image is different, the purchase was made by mistake, etc.)

・ Used products (products without tags, packages, etc., washed products)
・ Products with transfer scent such as cigarettes, perfumes, and pets
・ Products returned without contact
・ Products that have been received for more than 3days
(Even if a defect is found in the product, we will not accept it if the purchaser does not contact us within 3days of receiving the product.)

・ When excessive returns and exchanges are repeated
